(US) Weird real estate « company »

Today at work, my coworker was given this by a woman who was saying she owned the property that the store was on (she definitely did not). She then asked about prices and examined some of our clothing. She even commented about the condition of our clothes. « Great condition! » Yeah… they’re new??? We’re not a discount store or thrift store or anything. She then looked over an outfit and asked my coworker for the price, then proceeded to say « I’ll remember this. I have a camera » while pointing to her eye. She wasn’t wearing glasses, sunglasses, anything. She just pointed directly to her eye. Later, another coworker used a hidden browser to look up the website, and nothing at all came up. I looked up the name of the « company » and it only came up with a forum link that called it a cult. Has anyone seen this before? Something similar? I’m not at all worried about it, I’m just really curious. Thank you!
