(US) Unsure if this ‘job opportunity’ supposedly from « Manpower » is a scam or legit

I was sent an unsolicited job opportunity email from a supposed ‘recruiter’ from Manpower named Katrina Minck. I just now realized she sent me details about the specific job only AFTER I sent her my resume. It was a little too « neat » a fit with my exact work experience and the salary range for a « Remote Senior Claims Quality Reviewer – Social Benefit Programs » seemed way too high, « $120,000-$140,000 Base + Bonus + Full Benefits ». I checked her LinkedIn profile, and it does list Manpower as her employer, but it just sounds too good to be true. This ‘recruiter’ said she got my name and information from my LinkedIn profile, and I am indeed unemployed and looking for a job right now. I have included a screenshot with the description to see if anyone recognizes her email address. I would type it here, but I got a warning that my post would be removed if I tried, so I can’t. I included all the other information about the first, unsolicited email.

When I asked her for the « Manpower job reference number » this morning because I couldn’t find it on the website, she didn’t respond. She responded to every other question I asked her last night immediately, which also seemed weird to me because her last email came at 11:40 pm yesterday. Of course she could be in a different time zone, but not answering the only question I asked that made direct reference to the Manpower website seems like a red flag to me.

Should I stop sending her information? Next, she asked for « 1. A comprehensive KSA (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) response », which I’m not even sure what that means because she gave no further explanation! And « 2. A professional Cover letter », which sounds standard enough. But I just have a bad gut feeling about it. Am I being scammed? Thank you!
