[US] Offered a “free” grand piano

Hello all. I recently received an email from a classmate, saying that a family friend was giving away a multiple of items belonging to her late husband. Out of these items, a baby grand piano caught my eye. Upon messaging her about it, she asked me to cover the 125$ shipping fee to my address. However, usually baby grand pianos cost more than that to ship. She also provided images of the piano, which i could not find using reverse image search (images attached). My biggest red flag is that when I asked what moving company she used she said it was a private company that her and her late husband has been using for years and that I had no reason to worry. I am not sure if this is a scam. Is there anything that I can ask to ensure that it’s not a scam? What should I do?
