US/Midwest Just got scammed into sharing medical information

Hi, I just realized too late that I believe I was scammed. I was receiving repeated calls and voicemails from someone (a number from New Hampshire) claiming to be from my specific insurance provider for their collaboration with Complex Care solutions. It is a small insurance company so I called them back and they asked to schedule a health assessment. I scheduled it and never received login information. They called me twice today during the scheduled time and when I answered, they gave me a google meet link to join with a Nurse Practitioner (I was rushing around so I didn’t really clock how dumb this was). I googled her and she looked legit. I then shared all my medical history with her. I did not share payment info, SSN, address, insurance plan policy details, but do have a chronic illness and shared details about that, height, weight, family history.

I hung up and didn’t feel right so I called my insurance company and they confirmed that they were not behind this. I filed a notice that this had happened to me. I then called the number back and someone picked up, I asked them to share again what this was for and they said it was just to make sure insurance had the info to give me the best service possible. I asked them to just admit it’s a scam and they didn’t, they remained calm and tried to explain to me but I know the truth. I just want to know how bad this is and what if anything else I should do besides alerting insurance. I didn’t know what to ask the scammers to confirm that it was a scam, they’re obviously not going to delete my information.
