[US] Is this new popup a scam?

I have been keeping an eye on the price of a product on BestBuy’s website, and started getting this popup today. It presents itself differently on my Android than on Desktop. The best I can tell, I’m visiting the legitimate BestBuy website on a trusted device and trusted network. It’ll appear on my phone while using data instead of WiFi as well.

Obviously the domain is weird. When entering dummy data and clicking « Sign In » the popup just clears itself; I don’t see any new traffic through the browser’s web traffic logger, and I dont see any websockets being opened to obfuscate the communication. I can provide the link if that’s allowed.
