[US] I got two messages in chinese that when I put in Google Translate say they are Amazon OTPs

So I do have an Amazon account, mainly because I like seeing what pops up on there. But recently I got a message in chinese. While I do want to learn the language I do not know much. So I found it weird when I got a message that seemes to be from Amazon in chinese. It was sent on the tenth and today is the thirty-first of May. I changed my password and logged out of every other device but after I did that I got another message in chinese saying it was a OTP for my Amazon account. This seems like a scam to me but I am not sure. So I ask you reddit.
