Tips for FM and PM

Hi, To everyone who has attempted PM/FM, could you share any tips, suggestions and advice? Also what topics are tested frequently?

Anybody here who would be willing to help a fellow here and mark FM answers? I am doing self study so if anybody is willing to guide me through, it will be much appreciated.
