The first 10 minutes for reading the rules before the exam starts?

Now i dont even if its allowed but I fill my sheet with all the formulas and information that I might forget in the exam and just deep breaths in the last minute, only one question though, is that allowed? Because no invagilator came to me or they might havent noticed it idk
