Stranger asking me to use phone

Today I was walking in the downtown area of my town when a guy asked me if he can use my phone to call his mom, I allowed him to do so but typed in the number on my phone while he told it to me out loud, and he put it to his ear and all I heard was the phone ringing and then it ended, he told me if the number called back to tell them he’s at a bus stop and shortly after told me he just got out of prison, to preface I’m a 17 yr old male, did I mess up allowing him to call on my phone I’m worried he went to prison for something like this before and that he will use my number to find me or something, I blocked the number already but I’m still worried
