[Sg] I suspect it is a fake friend scam

My friend whom I have been talking often to in IG, suddenly asked a loan. She told me she got scammed and needs some money to tide her though. I tried to call her, first time not picking up, second time picked up for a brief moment and said a few words and hung up, which is too quick for me to determine if she is my friend.I had tried to ask details of our past encounters to verify her identity. She is able to answer. I am not sure if it is because the scammers had accessed to her Whatsapp as well, as we have discussed some details before. What should I do?
