I hold a BSc and an MSc in Economics, and I’m considering starting ACCA on a self-funded basis. I don’t have a formal accounting qualification yet, though I’ve covered some accounting modules during my degrees. My main questions:
If I pass, say, the first 2–3 ACCA exams, would that meaningfully strengthen my CV for junior accounting/finance roles? Do recruiters/employers view “ACCA student with X exams passed” favourably, or is it only valuable once you complete the bulk of the exams?
Any reply is much appreciated, thank you.
