SBR- should I do questions by myself?

I’m following a course. I covered the syllabus and I’ve been watching question debrief videos. I’m thinking it’s enough to do while watching those videos, or do the same question right after watching the video.

Is there any reason why I should do question practice all by myself? Or is my current method enough?
