New Keanu Reeves scam—FBI & fanclub

My 72-year-old mother has been scammed every way you can imagine from the Nigerian prince to the five star general and now Keanu Reeves. I want to give this warning about the new Keanu Reeves Scam that she is involved in. He states that he is working with the FBI because her name showed up on his fan club page so he is working to catch the people who have defrauded her. He just messaged her saying they caught the three individuals in Austin, Texas, and they are in the Austin jail.

I don’t know where this is going because she has not sent him money yet (so she says), but she’s been messaging him for many months and possibly years. So they’ve invested a lot of time in her. I’m not sure what’s coming, but I know it can’t be good. She is obstinate and stubborn when I tell her it’s fake and she absolutely refuses to believe anything I say.

If anyone has experienced this and has information, I would greatly appreciate it.
