Is this a scam?

My buddy told me about this group he’s in where this guy sends crypto trades to people, he doesn’t charge anything up front but requires you to deposit crypto into this online trading website called marketaccesslimited.net

I messaged him cause I was suspect and this is what he had to say.

I find it strange he only charges a fee when you reach 100k in your trading account. (Nobody can guarantee trading results, and by saying this he basically is doing just that)

You also can’t withdrawal until you reach at least 10x your deposit, and the website restricts you from withdrawing yourself without a code (assuming the code is given to you by this person)

Any insight is appreciated.
