I’m from Puerto Rico and I got this calls

Hello everyone, I wanted to share something that happened recently. This Thursday at 2:35 PM, I received a call from a number with the +93 prefix, which I believe is from Afghanistan. On the same Thursday, my mom also received another call from a number starting with +7 (877). According to her, the caller asked for me, and she decided to hang up. I’m not sure what these calls were about, and I’m also wondering if my mom could be charged for receiving that call. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what this might mean?
