I think a family member getting scammed

To me this looks photoshopped. I can’t find anything via reverse image search or Google lens. Anyway, family member was contacted via « wrong number » text, and it went from there, she’s saying she owns all these restaurants, it’s sharing financial statements etc, but had given no real details about herself that’s tangible (or searchable). Like any specific restaurants that she owns etc. I think he’s been sending some family photos… I texted him to warn him that I’m certain this is a scam. But I really have no firm backing on that. Just this one photo.
