found a New Scam? Tumblr

I am a small Artist getting a bit of tracktion on tumblr lately and i gotten 3 requests from 3 different accounts to draw their pet, i got send pictures of different pets, but all 3 started the same. I declined the first two and wnet with the third. I should have drawn a cat for her, when she should have been sending me the upfront payment, she insisted she send it and that i shall look for a confirmation email from paypal in my spam folder. I found an email there that looks like a phishing email. so i ignored it. Original sender also isnt paypal. It says something about my account limit cant be confirmed and that the person sending me money shall send 100$ more so i can get my payment. That all sounds very wrong.

Edit: after i told her that i think she is trying to scam me and that i will not interact with her further she tried the « can you send the money back? » tactic…. Yeah i guess i excape a scam
