Fell for a very obvious scam — Need help coping.

I recently fell for an obvious scam from TikTok. Long story cut short, I saw this girl selling IPads for $50 dollars and she had multiple review videos which I would later come to realize were fake. I’ve wanted an IPad for a very long time, so I thought I’d take a chance on it. When I realized it was a scam I felt so ashamed and embarrassed of myself. The seller blocked me on instagram after I begged for a refund. I feel so stupid, especially since I’ve grown up on the internet and should’ve known better than to trust it.

How can I get over the fear and anxiety? I placed an order through a certain website so now the person has my name, address, phone number, and email. I have no idea whether or not they’ll do anything with it.
