big 4 promotions from semi qualified to qualified

hi guys! i plan on working with 2 pending p level papers. is there a guaranteed promotion from analyst to associate levels if i complete acca within 1 year of joining ? how does this work? or would it be better to finish all papers and then join?
im also from india, if this helps
