Audit and assurance for september is breaking my heart

I am practicing the audit risk and controls questions. When practicing, i read the scenario, i identify the risk or deficiencies but when I try to write, my hands get stopped and I feel like a loser.

When I turn the pages and read the answer, I do understand them but when it comes to writing, i don’t know anything.

I feel so overwhelmed when this happens, i feel like I will fail but I can’t afford to fail 😭

I’m doing self study. I really need the suggestions how do i overcome this, what should I do to make my preparation better? Id appreciate everything do help.
