Exam question – Newbie here!

So I just started ACCA, with FA and MA. I didn’t take up BT yet. I plan on first clearing FA and MA as I already have a base of these two and then before BT, take some applied skills paper related to FA and take up BT later on as it’s new to me. My question is, can I attempt applied skills papers before completing all three applied knowledge ones? Also, any advice is greatly appreciated!
