[US] Was punished by nebula for own curiosity

So, it all started with an asknebula ad on Instagram. Initially, there was a function to talk to a specialist for a dollar, so I decided to talk to them secretly. I paid and lay there, waiting. 5 minutes, 10, 20, and no one came. I gave up. And then, a few days later, they wrote off 45 dollars. This turn of events made me sit down a little. After all this bullshit, I tried to contact them through their link, and, oddly enough, my bank immediately recorded another attempt to write off. That’s when I got scared and called my bank so that they would completely block them. I’m sharing this for two reasons:
1. I didn’t think that for a dollar I would be punished in such an amount
2. To warn all just in case
