[Query] ACCA Membership Certificate Not Available on Portal After Admission

Hi all,

I recently applied for ACCA membership right after receiving my results for the June sitting. According to ACCA support, my membership status was granted on 16th June, and the membership admission fee was paid by my employer on 18th June.

However, I’m still unable to access the digital membership certificate (the one with the ACCA seal) on the portal.

I’ve already raised a case with ACCA and have been in regular contact with them, but it’s been taking quite a while and I haven’t received a resolution yet.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue during the transition to membership?

If yes, how long did it take to get resolved, and is there anything specific you did to speed up the process?

Would really appreciate any input or suggestions. Thanks in advance.
