SBL Unorthodox Technique Flaws?

im taking up SBL for sept 25. I was mixed (many ppl saying they passed they failed).

So i just wanted to know if this approach is effective (as only one month is left) and any loopholes in this method (anyone who have failed/passed please lmk) and is there any other effective better method than this?
