[USA] friend being paid in Crypto through a company called Grow Clicks

Friend recently got a “job” with a company called Grow Clicks a week ago. She said she has made over $800 so far and she’s being paid in crypto. She’s sent me screenshots of her crypto balance. She has put some of her own money into this but I’m not sure how much or why that is required. She says all she has to do is “2 clicks then repeat until 100% X’s 3” not sure what that means. Has anyone heard of something like this? I feel like it is a scam but not sure I will be able to convince her. She said once that she pulled out a small portion of the money but I’m not sure if that is accurate or not. TIA!
