Does this happen to you too?

So, I gave my first ACCA exam of FM in June, as the result date comes closer I’m getting so nervous, my stomach can confirm that, I’m getting so nervous that I go to restroom like 5 times a day, just because of the nervousness that make my stomach go crazy, does anyone knows how to deal with this? It was first so I’m so nervous about the result, my section C, went very good but my sec B and A was not that good, what can I do?
