[AUS] I just got sent 10000 phone numbers???

hey im not sure where else to post this sorry but im pretty sure theres something strange going on

i randomly got sent an imessage from a filipino number that literally just contained 10000 phone numbers. im not gonna attach a screenshot since obviously these are peoples phone numbers but it was literally just 10000 phone numbers. i copied and pasted it into a google doc (hence how i know its 10000) and i tried ctrl+f to see if my phone number was in there but it wasnt.

im just so so so confused? im usually pretty aware of scams and stuff but i genuinely have no idea what this could be at all, if its even a scam to begin with. ive tried looking up the number that sent me the message to no avail. its just the strangest thing ive recieved so i was hoping there would be some sort of clarity here
