SBR in 3 days and my teacher is saying don’t try any mock, instead retain information and revise notes, what should I do?

I planned to solve at least 2 mocks in these last 3 days but he’s saying don’t try new questions, scare yourself and lower your confidence. You need to appear in sbr exam with confidence. So what should be my plan now? Examiner reports? Solve a few past paper important standard questions? Read questions and see answers? Or what? I’m so confused 😭😭😭
