Is every potential buyer who says they’ll pick up it in less than one hour (at a reduced price of course), a scam?

So my golden rule is if anyone rushes you, they aren’t on the level. Then I sold my old router the other day and the guy said he was in a pinch as his old one just up and died. He did try to pay me in weed, which wasn’t an issue as I politely refused and took cash. But seemed a legit case of needing something asap.

So what do you guys think? Just bin anyone who says I’ll be by in 15m… if you can do half price, or potentially miss out on a real buyer?
