Exam cancellation.

Hey everyone, As the title suggests, I was recently hospitalized and haven’t been able to prepare properly. I have two ACCA exams scheduled, but realistically, I’ll only be able to take one. I’m definitely canceling the other — just unsure about the process.

I’ve got medical certificates as proof. Should I email them now or wait until after the exam day? Has anyone gone through this before? Any help would be appreciated, especially around how to handle this with ACCA directly.
