Hello, I’m new to the group and I want to publish this scam method. Yesterday I was browsing Zoopla, a website where real estate agencies publish rental properties, looking for an apartment. I came across an estate agency, Iwaan Property Management, that was advertising a beautiful two-bedroom apartment, furnished with all bills included, in Tulse Hill for £1,250,000. The strangest thing is that in order to obtain all the information, I had to send a message directly to the owner, which I did to clear up any doubts and he answered me. I realized that it really is a scam. Be careful. According to reports, the owner lives in Spain and rents his apartment through Booking.com, but he puts money in advance and doesn’t allow you to see the apartment without first paying.
