Approach 1 or 2

Hi what approach is better?

Complete the course and then do exam kits Do the exam kits chapter wise

I used to go for approach 1 for my foundation exams. It worked for me because by the time exam was near i had those questions fresh in my mind. Now for skills module what is preferred? I understand its subjective, just looking for opinions.
