Absolutely stuck and don’t know what to do

Welp. Yea. For some context:

I took my first professional paper exam back in Sep 2024 and failed. Skipped Dec and March 2025 because felt like I wasn’t prepared and just didn’t have the will to study at all. Most probably it might be because I’m scared of failing and think its a waste of money if I don’t pass. ik i’m probably taking my thoughts too seriously but idk if I should attempt to retake the paper this June.

Will 1 month honestly be enough to study and attempt past papers? Any tips on how to tackle SBR in a month?
