good python unit test framework for data engineering

I am familiar with pytest and pyUnit.

Looking to hear from python data engineers, would you recommend any other python framework for data engineering and asserting on query construction.

If yes, Can you share some insights and pain points on why you did or didn’t like the python framework you are using? I am able to get insights on lettuce, robot, behave, doc2 from Internet. But I am looking for some real world experience on pain-points on these framework that we might miss from tutorials
