[US] I received an email with the attached document from the SSA…

I received an email from an GMX email With the attached document telling me that this is my « crucial and final » alert from the US identity protection department regarding numerous suspicious activities linked to my personal identity and financial credentials. I’m 99.9999% positive this is some sort of scam, but I would just like to be sure because I have had problems with my bank info/ identity being used in the past. I was a government employee and my personal information was leaked in a big data leak. This was years ago and I still have annoying issues with people getting into my bank/financial apps.
